• Holiday Surcharge :
  additional thirty percent (30%) surcharge on the applicable rate (*) applied during Holidays (include: New Year’s Day, Lunar New Year Holidays, Ching Ming Festival, Labor Day, Hong Kong S.A.R Establishment Day, the day following Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, Chong Yeung Festival and Macau S.A.R Establishment Day, Christmas (24th-25th December).

• Additional drop off point:
  HKD200/point in Macau within an hour ; HKD300/point in HK within an hour respectively

• Waiting Charges:
  For Hong Kong Airport pick up, waiting fee applies 60 minutes after flight arrival time.  Waiting fee applies from 15 minutes on reserved time for other pick up locations.  Waiting fee is HKD300 each hour and full hour charge will be applied even less than an hour.
   

• Cancellation Fee: 
  - For cancellation less than 24 hours prior to reserved schedule time, 100% of total price of services will be charged.
  - In the event of no show, total reserved schedule time will be charged.
  - For cancellation more than 24 hours prior to reserved schedule time, guests can choose to keep reservations to use within three months from booking.

•  Refund:
  - 20% of administrative fee will be applied on all refund.
